What you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
Orders and programming
Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
We program each product with the review link you give us at checkout. If you ask us to find your link for you, we'll email you to confirm it before anything is programmed. If we can't reach you within 14 days, we'll ship the order unprogrammed with instructions for setting it up yourself.
Shipping
US shipping is free on all orders. Delivery estimates are estimates — once a package is with the carrier, its timing is out of our hands.
You're responsible for giving us a correct shipping address. Orders returned as undeliverable can be reshipped at cost.
Returns and the guarantee
Every order carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the purchase price. You don't need to ship anything back.
Plates are programmed to the link you give us, so please double-check it. If we get it wrong, we'll replace the order at our cost.
How the products work
The plates are passive NFC tags. They open the review link you give us. We don't control, host, or moderate the page that link points to. RivueMe is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC; Google and the Google logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
You're responsible for making sure how you ask for reviews complies with the policies of whatever platform you point taps at. Review platforms generally allow asking customers for honest reviews and prohibit incentivising or filtering them.
Liability
We stand behind the physical product. We can't promise a specific number of reviews, a specific rating, or specific business results — too much of that depends on your business, not our plate.
Our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order.
