Plain English, because legalese helps nobody.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the business details you give us so we can program your plates — your business name and the review link you want taps to open.
Payment card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
If you email us or use the contact form, we keep that message so we can answer it.
Why we collect it
To take payment, program your products correctly, ship your order, and answer your questions. That's the whole list.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services we need to fulfil your order — currently our payment processor and our shipping carrier.
Cookies
The site stores your cart in your browser's local storage so it survives a refresh. That data stays on your device and is never sent to us until you check out.
Stripe sets its own cookies on the checkout page for fraud prevention. Those are covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we're required to for tax and accounting purposes. Contact-form messages are kept until they're no longer useful for supporting you.
Your choices
Email hello@rivueme.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll action it within 30 days.
